I am serious, the Alucard's Shield/Shield Rod, Alucard's Shield/Mablung, and Alucard's Shield/Muramasa setups are all WAY too slow in comparison to dual wielding Crissaegrim, thus is that is the case for CSOTN, then it is also likewise true for similar equivalent setups in BROTN as well.

...except that your setup is incredibly slow and, given how fast that dual wielding Crissaegrim is in CSOTN, you could literally kill bosses in half the time that your setup does so, and that is especially bad news for bosses like Beelzebub and Galamoth.

From what I see, Alucard's weapon is better because he doesn't have to stop moving. He just cleaves through hallways while having a leisurely stroll.

Rhava Velar is still far better than Laevitain FWIW

Past two comments are correct. Chrissaegrim alone isn't the best weapon to begin with, just something to build on. Rhava Velar is still a great weapon to farm item drops with.

Why bother with Crissaegrim, alucard shield + shield rod/Mablung 510DPS as opposed to crissaegrims DPS which is much lower and you have to spam attack. If you want SOTN strong weapons Muramasa maxed out does 999 damage per hit. Rhava Velar is merely a tribute to the Crissaegrim.

And you can have 2 crissaegrims and 2 rings of varda to obliterate everything instantly, ALL bosses included.

One thing I noticed is you can't get Crissaegrim until the inverted castle near the end of Sotn. While Rhava Velar is obtained in the clock tower which is before Rotn's halfway point.

With that in mind, Of course Crissaegrim is more powerful. It's an endgame weapon.
