secret Oxenfurt locked house chest - how to get in

How to enter into a locked house in Oxenfurt through a secret passage. House gave excellent loot and high tier diagrams.
* Do note the loot depends on your level as in if your'e level 15+ you might have collected most of the diagrams and crafting components so you won't get anything amazing. In all my playthroughs I was always level 12/13 so I got high upgraded blade oils and crafting components.

How to get in

The blue cross is how you begin your way to enter into the secret locked house. Red cross is the seemingly inaccessible locked house. (blue cross is the house you enter first)



here's how the house you have to enter first looks like



After you enter make your way to the top activate your witcher senses and notice a glowing window.


Go near it and open it. As you can see from the picture below there are 2 chests (red circles) and a ladder (blue circle).


Walk on the beams and loot the 2 chests.



After you looted the second chest on the top beam turn right and notice an entrance into a building. Climb into it.


Loot the house and as you make you way down you'll find this hidden chest. I found really good loot and even high tier diagrams as well. Let me know what you guys find in the comments bellow.

MAGturbo sorry I accidentally deleted your comment by a miss click. I'm guessing the loot is scaled. Since I was always level 13 in all my play throughs I always got good loot like blades oils, crafting components etc
