The weapon and Blueprint will be sold at Catun, Heng and ScrapHouse.

Meitou does not exist.

The -10 attack and defence penalties make the Kogarasu a great training weapon. ALso it looks great. Thanks for the mod!

So, does anyone else think this looks like the Grayson style swords from the Honor Harrington series?

@Marcus In addition to high bleeding damage and armor penetration, this is a very strong weapon with no damage reduction, so I made the debuff bigger.
I expressed that an amateur cannot handle complicated weapons well.

@真一枪啊 wdnm Sorry, Blueprint is not available at ScrapHouse. Try Catun or Heng. If you can't shop at Catun or Heng, BlackScratch sells almost all Blueprints.

I reset my game more than 5 times and still can't find the blueprint at ScrapHouse. Can you just make it able to research?

Attack and defense debuffs through the roof, but that's a lot of bleed damage. Dunno if it balances out in the end, but when I finally get around to adding mods, I'll add this one
