Description
Playable Normaunds

This is my new Idea for Mod - the Norman conquest of England. This is still a very early phase, but since I think that some want to play the Normans, I publish the current version of the mod.

CTD does not exist, but some mechanics are still not working properly.
- TechTree is without locks
- Decrees are not running yet.
- Norman Family Tree is ready.
- Northumbria Family Tree is ready

I did not have much playing time yet, I'm glad about feedback and errors.

I agree with RolloWolf, could it be possible to make a 10th century Norman roster? That would include more viking type units like Huskarls or 2 handed axemen

You should have started with Hrolfr or Rollo the Duke of or Count or Jarl of Normandy. It would go better with the base game time period. I mean you could have Rollo with William Longsword and Richard I Duke of Normandy. I mean even in the Norse and Icelandic poems eddas, and stories it describes Rollo in Scotland as a Viking invader during the Viking Age.

Aw no, how come? Not have the time for it any more? That's a shame, as I love the idea of this mod. If I had more experience, I'd offer to help out as I know how much work goes into a complete overhaul like this and it appears that people still want it.

I can see some stuff still needs working on, but am I right in saying that this will run but just missing features? I might give it a go and see what it's like, maybe work on some stuff if I get the time as I learn (I won't publish of course - it's just to learn more)
