This mod reduces the bloat introduced in Tactician Mode.

Tactician Mode increases the AI of enemies, making them slightly smarter, but also increases their:
Armor (both Magic and Physical) by 50%+10% per level scaling
Vitality by 50%
Damage by 50%
Accuracy by 10%
AP per turn: +2 (enemies get 6 AP per turn in Tactician vs 4 AP per turn in Normal)

I wanted to basically play the Normal game, but fight enemies that are more difficult because they are smarter, making better use of skills and environmental hazards, and not simply difficult because they have padded stats.

This mod leaves the Tactician Mode AI intact and removes the Armor and Damage bloat completely. It reduces the Vitality bonus from +50% to +25%, and leaves the +10% Accuracy boost and +2 AP per turn intact, to keep the challenge slightly above Normal Difficulty.

The stats after this mod are:
Tactician level AI
Armor: same as Normal (both Magic and Physical)
Vitality: +25% (compared to Normal)
Damage: same as Normal
Accuracy: +10% (compared to Normal)
AP per turn: +2 (6 AP per turn)
