not made by me but, it was made for my mod. a_ability is for ap cost. Job.bin is for abilities.
Should I first install it or do it before I install it?
Also, is a_ability the file for the new abilities you inserted? So if I'd like to keep them to, I should keep that file?

Some great changes - new sphere abilities are good, but not enough. YRP still deal magnitudes less damage than fiends.
Bosses are an absolute nightmare. Even with highly optimized fiend teams like Shinra + Impale I had to leave the game on AFK for 30-60 minutes until some bosses were dead, because their HP and DEF values are so out of whack. They can never kill me, they just take forever to kill.
YRP was still unusable for most of the fights because their damage output is a joke, and you can't go afk while fighting the 60-minute bosses with them.
Mod was very clearly not tested enough and developed mostly on paper. Good ideas that just don't work in practice.
