If you're unfamiliar with the anime (Overlord), Entoma is greek for "insects". It is an organism of insects controlled by a queen, which uses mannequin parts to ressemble a human.

The creation is to-scale with Besiege cars, not humans. Game physics limit scaling to accurate sizes, but she is supposed to 149 cm tall (4 ft 10 inches)

Now, the walking mechanism is rather bad, admitedly. It's due to the mass of this creation. It has approximately 215 tonnes (about the mass of an average house)

Arrow keys to walk

1 to open face; 2 to close it
3 - emote laughing
4 - emote threatening
Q,E to rotate head

5 to open back
7 to detach aphidious swarm
6 to close back
C to switch to swarm camera
Arrow keys, right shift, right ctrl to control the swarm
K to detonate swarm
C to switch back to the main camera

V to deatach centipede
If it cannot move, walk a bit, in order to untangle it from your legs
IJKL to control centipede
If it bounces too much, stop moving, then resume. Otherwise, it may break

H to extend/retract pincers
Z to hit with the right hand
X to hit with the left hand

Numpad 1 to drop first bug; numpad 2 to detonate
Numpad 3 to drop second bug; numpad 4 to detonate
The bombs fall from under the skirt and can be dropped while walking
