Houses created for this series have been put together in the 'UK Housing Detailing Packs' collection.


This pack is designed for detailers who want assets that contain no extra props or gardens allowing complete freedom of expression in their build.

These assets are available as a standard subscription in my 'UK Housing: Semi-Detached #1 Level 1-5 Pack' if you want to use them as normal growable assets.

These assets have been created as growable 'Low Residential' houses and cover all 5 levels required by the game but are specifically designed to be used as individually plopped houses. The assets in this pack are easily found with 'Find It' using the search 'UKH Detail SD #1'. To be honest, just using 'UKH' should do the trick.
