CS:GO LOD Bias Changer

Only works with AMD GPUs.

1. It adds "LodAdj" with the value "10" under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\{Driver-ID}\0000\UMD" by searching all the keys under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Video\" for the correct driver id key.
2. Searches for the Steam executable through the registry keys and if it fails, it asks you to point to the executable yourself.
3. Launches steam with the parameter -applaunch 730 and waits for CS:GO to finish running.
4. It deletes the key after CS:GO has finished running.
