A lot of the extra desks were behind so many vent fences and locked doors that they would cost more tools to get to than to just escape. A single locked door at most would be better.
The vent linking the two cell block areas was very nice idea, but again, too many fences made it not worth the trouble and I just took my chances running contraband through the sensors instead.
The overall look is also very busy. Maybe you want that lack of symmetry, but it also makes it a little difficult to get a sense of where one is.
I didn't see any lag, but if it's an issue, then trim back on all the excess decor and obstacles.
