Tier Numbers: Buildings

Description
I always had troubles to distinguish different tiers of Factories, Foundries and Research Labs, their icons look almost the same. Hovering mouse over and viewing tooltips is not very convenient. That's why I decided to make this little mod, mostly for myself.
Then I decided to include here all types of buildings which have tiers.

Very simple mod, you will see building tier number in lower right corner of building icon.
Compatible with Ironman and Achievements.

Updated for 3.1, added Gaia Seeders buildings chain.
Also, I've finally decided to make imperial capital buildings as next tiers of capital buildings.

@Konrad, thank you for feedback. From time to time I receive requests to include support for all kinds of buildings mods here. Unfortunately, I don't have much time for it and there are hundreds of different mods with buildings. My mod is for vanilla buildings only and will stay as it is. If anybody wants to implement it, I could share source file with numbers with them.

And can you put a tier number on additional buildings in "Additional Vanilla Buildings"?

@Lucky_Vince, thank you for information. I've read the wiki, but the question is - should System Capital Complex be explicitly upgraded to Imperial Palace, or it's happening automatically when player becomes the Emperor? What if the player is the Emperor and upgrades his tier 3 Planetary Capital? Does it upgrade directly to Imperial Palace? In this case, if Imperial Palace is tier 5 then tier 4 will be skipped and it's not good.

You have a point that it's the next tier because of jobs and housing increase. Also it'd be fun to have tier 5 capital. I'm honestly quite on the fence here.

I've looked into the wiki, and they treat the Imperial Palace as a direct tier step following the System Capial Complex.

Looking at the constant increase of Jobs the Buildings provide I think it would be okay to treat the Imperial Palace as a tier 5 building.

Though if you follow the jobs logic, the Reassembled Ship Shelter shouldn't be counted as the tier 1 building,
--> Colonist instead Administrators and Enforcers so yeah.. never mind that.
