By Guandale Dingle
In this guide, I will test and compare the stats of every type of adjustment thruster, and give my personal opinion, to help you decide which one is the best for you!

The test will consist of putting adjustment thruster(s) in a 2x2x1 formation on this vehicle:

The adjustment thrusters are different sizes, so the test will be conducted with a 4-block volume of each type, as 2x2x1 is the lowest common denominator. They will be placed on the center of the vehicle, on the four cabs. I will then drive straight forward, and record the speed. For reference, the vehicle by itself goes 29 mph.

I will then assign each type a "score" of its usefulness that will be calculated like this:
(speed) * (number of directions of thrust) / (price)

The Hawkeye Exfil adjustment thruster has different amounts of thrust for the different sides, so the score is calculated from the average speed of all sides.
GSO
Horn
  • Speed: 111 mph
  • Price: 17736 BB (4434 for one)
  • Directions of thrust: 2
  • Score: 0.013

These are extremely expensive for their size, and they only have one attach point. But they are quite powerful, and the two directions of thrust are adjacent, making them ideal for turning.
GeoCorp
Jetson
  • Speed: 75 mph
  • Price: 8013 BB
  • Directions of Thrust: 5
  • Score: 0.047

The second cheapest adjustment thruster per block volume, also decently strong. Very versatile because it provides thrust in five directions.
Venture
5-Way
  • Speed: 88 mph
  • Price: 9528 BB (2382 for one)
  • Directions of thrust: 5
  • Score: 0.046

2-Way
  • Speed: 101 mph
  • Price: 8400 BB (2100 for one)
  • Directions of thrust: 2
  • Score: 0.024

1-Way
  • Speed: 111 mph
  • Price: 7824 BB (1956 for one)
  • Directions of thrust: 1
  • Score: 0.014

Also very cheap, and pretty strong. The 2-Way and 1-Way have lots of attach points, making it easy to build into your tech.
Hawkeye
Exfil
  • Speed when facing forward/back: 76 mph
  • Speed when facing sideways: 96 mph
  • Price: 13264 BB (6642 for one)
  • Directions of thrust: 5
  • Score: 0.033

Not a bad choice, the different amounts of thrust allow you to prioritize which directions you want to be affected most.
Better Future
Small
  • Speed: 88 mph
  • Price: 9612 BB (2403 for one)
  • Directions of Thrust: 5
  • Score: 0.046

Medium
  • Speed when facing forwards/back: 79 mph
[*[Speed when facing sideways: 79 mph
  • Price: 9558 BB (4779 for one)
  • Directions of Thrust: 6
  • Score: 0.050

Large
  • Speed: 69 mph
  • Price: 9612
  • Directions of Thrust: 4
  • Score: 0.029

The small the medium adjustment thrusters have a lot of thrust for their size and cost, and they also look nice.
