Bug Test Structure - Stairs

Description
For demonstration of a bug to devs.

When a block is placed immediately over the bottom end of a stairs block, neither the male nor female engineer can pass under and climb the stairs.

This appears to apply to Wooden Stairs, Small Stairs, Spiral Staircases, and Angled Spiral Staircases. It does not apply to Stairs, Stairs Corners, nor Small Slopes. The bug was observed with this blueprint using version 0.7.1.58B755.

In the case of the Spiral Staircases and Angled Spiral Staircases, if no wall pieces are placed beside the stairs (as they are in this blueprint), the engineer can pass through at the outside edge of the staircase.
