It's less of a guide and more of a list of achievements and the requirements to get them.

Achievements

Performance Matters: Complete 10 Milestones.



Miner: Complete your first mission.



Feelin’ Perky: Unlock 10 Perk Nodes



Exploring My Options: You unlocked a new primary and secondary weapon for the same character.


Management Approves: Complete 25 Milestones.



State Of The Art: You purchased a Mod in every tier for one of each upgradable item in the Equipment Terminal for the same character.


Stepping It Up: Survive a Hazard Level 3 mission from start to finish.



Expert Miner: Complete 100 missions.



Advanced Robotics: You purchased a Mod in every tier for Bosco.



Big Spender: What a team player. You’ve paid for 25 rounds at the Abyss Bar.



Thick-Skinned: Survive a Hazard level 4 mission from start to finish.



Approved Greenbeard: Complete your first assignment.



Barrel Rider: Ride a barrel in the Space Rig for three seconds.



Mustacho: Purchase five moustaches for one character.



Designated Decoy: You took the most damage form a Dreadnought out of your whole team.


Now We Have A BET-C: Defeat and fix a BET-C.



Lone Wolf: You’ve completed 10 solo missions. Impressive.



Bring You’re A-Game: Successfully complete a Hazard Level 3 mission from start to finish where no dwarf goes down and without ordering a resupply.


Consistent Performance: Successfully complete three Hazard Level 3 missions from start to finish in a row.


Foreign Objects In The Launch Bay: You kicked every barrel into the Launch Bay. You are why Mission control drinks.


Barrel Kicker: Dat accuracy. You kicked ten barrels into the hoop without a single miss.



That’s Not How You Play This Game: Rubbish goes in the bin, not the intricate machinery of the Barrel Hoop!


Darwin Award: sacrificed yourself to the Barrel Hoop while intoxicated.



Like A Well-Oiled Machine: Successfully complete a Hazard Level 4 mission from start to finish where no dwarf goes down and without ordering a resupply.


Going Lethal: Successfully complete a Hazard Level 5 mission from start to finish.



Total Makeover: Customized each accessory slot of a character.



Hi Ho, Silver – Away!: Ride Molly for 15 seconds.



Hit ‘em Where It Hurts: You scored 1000 weakspot hits. Impressive.



Full Team Ahead: Promote all four Dwarves at least once.



Movin’ On Up: Promote any Dwarf at least once.



Corporate Climber: Promote any two Dwarves at least once.



Hat Trick: Promote any three Dwarves at least once.



Gold-Tier Employee: Earn a Gold Promotion.



Silver-Tier Employee: Earn a Silver Promotion.



Pest Control: Participate in killing two dreadnoughts within five minutes on Hazard Level 3 or higher.


Pro-Team: Earn Silver Promotions for all four dwarves.



Legendary-Team: Earn Gold Promotions for all four dwarves.



See You Later, Detonator!: Participate in killing 20 Bulk Detonators.



Big Game Hunter: Participate in killing 40 Dreadnoughts.



Mini Fixer: Fix 50 Mini M.U.L.E.s.



Bosco, You’re The Best: You’ve completed 100 Solo missions. Most impressive.



Farmer: Ride the Silicate Harvester for 30 seconds.



Car Pool: Ride the Silicate Harvester with three other dwarves and kill five enemies without leaving.


I Like It Down Here: You stayed in a mission for an hour or longer.



Time Well Spent: You stuffed every single barrel on the Space Rig into the Drop Pod. Management weeps.


If Only I Got Paid For This…: In the Barrel Hoop game, achieve a score of 3000 or more in less than 100 kicks.


Legendary Miner: Complete 500 missions.



The A-Team: Through skillfull maneuvering, you put a barrel in every seat in the Drop Pod. Well done?

Disc Jockey: Play 25 tracks from start to finish.

Prospector: Collect 20 compressed Gold Chunks.



It’s My Party: You've hosted and successfully completed 50 team missions from start to finish.

Employee Of The Month: Successfully complete four Hazard Level 4 missions from start to finish in a row.


Karl Would Be Proud: Successfully complete a Hazard Level 5 mission from start to finish where no dwarf goes down and without ordering a resupply.


Mutated Scavenger: Successfully complete 20 missions tagged with Warnings from start to finish.


Good Shepherd: Successfully complete 25 missions where at least 1 player is 10 player ranks lower than you.


Self Control: Successfully play 10 consecutive missions without kicking a single barrel on the Space Rig.


Without A Paddle: You were the last dwarf standing, with no primary or secondary ammo left, just when a Dreadnought spawned. Some days you should just stay in bed...

Party Time!: You Threw a toast to good music while in a full team.

Happy Feet: You spent an hour or more shaking your money maker.

What Are These Things?: You've collected 5 mysterious alien artifacts. They are hot to the touch, and smells faintly of...tarmac?

Notable Information

By completing the "Time Well Spent" achievement, you will also get the "Foreign Objects In the Launch Bay" achievement if you launch a mission with all the barrels in tow as they'll pass through the launch bay - this may have been a bug, don't know if it is repeatable.

For those of you working on "Time Well Spent", this includes all the barrels above the launch bay. However it does NOT include the barrels from the hoop game - these will despawn when kicked far enough away. If you accidentally kick a barrel into the launch bay while doing this don't worry, you can go upstairs and reset the gravity causing them to float back out - you will however have to make contact with them while they float to keep them from falling back in. If you do use the gravity reset button however be sure you've kicked all your barrels in the drop ship as far back inside as possible as these will also float when gravity is reset - potentially falling out of the drop ship - despite precautions this may happen anyway. This process was very timing consuming - an aptly named achievement. Also worth noting that "The A-Team" achievement unlocked while flipping the gravity on and off, so I didn't specifically have to attempt that one, if happened while working on "Time Well Spent".

another way you can get barrels out of the launch bay is to double kick them under the bridge opposite the forge. potentially a little more tedious than using the gravity recalibration, but it does ensure you don't lose barrels from the drop pod.

I just did "Without A Paddle" solo on difficulty 1, if someone struggles with it. Just empty your ammo bevor you trigger a dreadnought.

@Puffy It can be obtained solo. You might try emptying all of your ammo during a solo egg hunt, then mine the egg. Should spawn a Dreadnought and pop the achievement. May need to play with the timing some. Hope that helps!
