Lakewood - City is in chaos

Hello, this city has been driving me mad for days. traffic is really bad. multiple junctions are blocked. Garbage and dead bodies have piled up. my industries cant sell its product and i dont have any demand for housing or commercial. i've tried fixing it myself by using tips and mods from your city fixing videos but i didn't have any luck in clearing traffic. i'd like you to clear up traffic and get all demands up again. i've taken the loan of $200,000 just so you'll have spending money. i hope you get the chance to fix it. cheers
