[Community Patch] The Squidian Inkpire (Squid Girl)

Description
Squid Girl inkvades the shores of Civilization as the leader of the Squidian Inkpire!
Community Patch is required for this mod. It is balanced for play in Vox Populi.

UA: Who's Up for an Inkvasion?
Land military units can move freely on coast. +1 Production from Coast and Ocean tiles, and +2 Food from Fishing Boats.

UU: Squid Soldier (Spearman)
13 CS
Inflicts the Entangled status on units it engages in melee (-1 movement for 1 turn).

UB: Lifeguard Tower (Lighthouse)
+1 Science to coast and ocean tiles
Units trained in the city start with the Lifeguard Training promotion (+15% CS and double heal while on coast)

I have not been able to reproduce this with Community Patch or the Vox Populi kit enabled. Could be a conflict with another mod.

The mod constantly crashes when embarking or re-entering land. Any fix on this? Sometimes it happens but every 2-3 embarks crashes the game.
