Description
The Original Mod has been updated, Go use that instead of this. I will remove this version in the near future.


Original mod has been updated by Zenya, go try that.

Clone of Zenya's Total Autobudget with slight fix to allow buffers to be increased up to 100% for water and electricity. Will remove when Original recieves an update

Hey, since Zenya isn't likely to fix this mod for the Airports update (nor come back in general), could you do so? You are the only person who seems to have modified the code for this mod other than Zenya (here, at least)
