Ya'harr!
Åhoy matros! Aye Aye mateys! I am back with a different kind of mod.. well still skill related, but I am taking this to the next step with focusing on 4 suspicious lords that people most likely don't bother too much with. Well, I want to bother, so now I am going to create these 4 lads and lasses into something special! I present to you:

Make Us Special: Vampirates Technology Lords!

First, I had to make these 4 lords into "something" at least. I want to characterize these lords and make them into not just "The notorious one" or some ♥♥♥♥. No, now these guys are actually someone you might wanna pay attention to and want. Let me go through the Lords mini backgrounds and theme:

First off, let's start with the first one in the order of the Technology Tree:

Trusty Montford, Disreputable Admiral
Trusty is not a very trustworthy person, for every fibre in him is craving for the thrill of stealing and plunder. Notorious for stripping entire ships clean of every valuable thing there is on Empire galleons, Trusty got a name for himself as a dead eye shot. Capable of shooting enemies vitals from a long distance with his pistol. Soon there after began tampering with the teachings of the necromantic powers. Now he commands Norscan thralls and other undead kleptomaniac loons to rid the world of all it's value.

Montford starts off with "Hawkish Precision", to symbolize his expertice in shooting at a distance. Montford is the second only Male Lord that wields a cutlass and pistol! More Gender Equality!
Trusty Montford comes with two unique skills that are focused on raiding and sacking income, as well as boost to his combat capabilities.

Players that wish to invest on Montford can come across his Plundering Lodge that resides within the deepest part of his deck. This building vastly increases the income from post battle loot and sacking as well as a standard 10% to casualty replenishment.

O’Bones Macdonald, Infamous Admiral
O'Bones Macdonald is a very infamous pirate that has one of the largest contraptions on his ship, The Siege Spire. He uses it to lay siege to any coastal city there is within his vicinity. By his command, he can order hundreds of cannons to launch a barrage of cannon balls at a city, reducing it to naught but rubble. Prefering the guns over petty wizardry, he perfected the use of a rifle instead to perfect the use of gunpowder. He's not alone in his tide of war, for he occasionally rides atop a mighty Promethean he calls "Snapper". They're formal drinking buddies, thus its not unusual to see them stone drunk in combat. He's a fierce admiral that is a self proclaimed scourge upon those who wish to uphold order.

O'Bones does not wield magic, he does however compensates with powerful skills from Gunnery Wights that he can attain early on. He starts with "More Powder" from Gunnery Wights and "Extra Powder" version from Dwarf Master Engineers and can get "Rowdy" from his mount option.
O'Bones Macdonald comes with two unique skills that bolsters his army's leadership versus factions of order as well as a large boost of missile damage to artillery in his army as well as increasing all his army abilities usage by +1. Making him a fierce artillery and bombardment lord to deal with.

Players that want to invest on Macdonald will definitely want to invest on his unique building, The Siege Foundation and The Siege Spire. This magnificent structure comes with a large line of sight bonus for the army and also enables an unique army ability, "The Siege Spire", that bombards a ground area with cannon balls... and of course the standard +10% casualty replenishment.

Burke Black, Notorious Admiral
If there ever was a commander that wishes to compete with Count Noctilus in this world, it has to be Burke Black. Also known as the "Black One" due to his sturdy, black armor, he commands the fiercest and the largest legion of deckhand zombies there is. Powered by strange necromantic forces that would make even the most experienced necromancer curious beyond mortal reckoning, he travels the four corners of the world with his vast zombie army to gain enough power to make Noctilus want to cover in shame. He is a truly notorious admiral.

Burke Black is different form the other lords in the fact that he is the only one that can ride atop a Zombie dragon and wields larger armor values. He also passively have 10% magic resistance.

Burke Black comes with Three unique skills that completely removes upkeep for Deckhands units within his army and also boosts their attack and defence stats to unusual levels. The other skill is a secret one, for it only works if you're not playing as Dreadfleet. As an competitor against Noctilus, he gainst massive damage and boosts to melee defence whenever he faces other Vampire Coast armies, but loses relation drastically with Dreadfleet.

Players who want to invest in the Black admiral will want to boost their deckhands even further with The Black Cabin. This cabin contains all the secrets Burke Black uses to bolster his deckhands. This building increases Leadership, Physical resistance and Charge bonus for all deckhands in his army by a large amount and, as you would likely guess, increases casualty replenishment by +10%.

Two Toes Adley, Dread Admiral
Oh boy, if you have come this far, you are definitely treading the wrong path. For you are at the hospitality of the Dread admiral, Two Toes Adley. Why is she called Two Toes? Nobody knows, except if you have a speck of intelligence you want to stay farther than Two Toes from Adley, for she is obsessed with dealing with nasty, rotting and gnawed corpses from the bottom of the blackest depths there is. Strangely enough, she has a weird comradeship with Macdonald that supplies her with what she calls "Big Meals" for her to experiment with inside her laboratory. Why "Big Meals"? Nobody knows. Just as mysterious as her motives.

Two Toes Adley can choose to ride a Balefire Corpsecart of Unholy Lodestone Corpse Cart. Adley also starts with an unique army ability, "They Are Still Alive!" to boost Animated Hulks and Bloated Corpses, giving them Terror at Low Health.
Two Toes Adley comes with two unique skills that are focused around Animated Hulks and Bloated Corpses, increasing their movement speed, reducing Bloated Corpse upkeep by a large amount and also applies missile resistance to her animated monsters, protecting them further.

Players who wants to invest on the Dread Admiral will find themselves disgusted to build her Corpse Laboratory. This laboratory contains global upkeep reduction for Animated Husks and Bloated Corpses as well as applying Regeneration to these two units to her own army. And yes, yes it also has the standard +10% casualty replenishment. Gosh..

I admire your respect in personal preferences.
It was my personal preference, to give her an identity different from the generic.
Glad you enjoy it regardless!

Gotta say, Love this mod, been using it since, forever it feels like. But i just can't not hate that the one girl in the bunch got her pistol replaced with a staff. Just personal preference. Not actually bad. Great mod regardless!

@Echo currently the porting is a slow process. This one has to wait until updates die down on WH3

Would also love to see this in WH3. It's been a staple of my VC campaigns since it was released.
