Frozen Tempest

There's both Alduin's Firestorm shout and the Storm Call shout to wreck havoc in Skyrim in their respective flavours.

Now, Skyrim itself shows us how it's done.

Reverse-engineered from the Storm Call shout, Frozen Tempest is a powerful spell which rains countless icicles from above to destroy everything too slow to get out of the way of lethal shards which explode on impact; they're not the fastest of projectiles, but anything not quick enough to move out the way will soon be buried under several icy spears. Also bundled with a weather effect, a snowstorm; it shows up after a few seconds. Costs nothing to cast, and no charge either; however, like many storm spells, you can't have multiple casts of the same spell up at once.

Guaranteed to enrage the locals.


Spell is obtained through a tome crafted at the forge, under the Miscellaneous tab.

Components:
- Spell Tome: Blizzard (x1)
- Spell Tome: Frostbite (x1)
- Frost Salts (x100)
