I think I said the same thing on another one of his turbine upgrated maps, but then my comment got deleted

If anything, this a downgrade.
Floor texture is nearly the same everywhere, unexplained/random geometry changes and furniture placement.
Overall, it needs more diversity in texture choices and logical prop placement.
