How to bulk add free games and DLC (Method 1):
Step-by-step guide:
1. Click on this website (steam database)[steamdb.info] and login with your Steam account.

2. Click this link[steamdb.info]

3. Select to show ALL entries / or if you have 1 specific DLC / game then find it and open its page.

4. Open your browser console (for Chrome, press CTRL + SHIFT + J).

5. Run the script in opened console window and then click on either one of the following links:
this one[pastebin.com]
or
that one[pastebin.com].

6. Open Steam console by clicking this link[pad.vg]
or
you can also do it by opening Windows RUN application and then execute steam://open/console.

7. Copy each of lines printed in console starting with "app_license_request" to Steam console.

Examples:

for bulk it looks like this: ''app_license_request XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX'' (there can be more numbers). Point is, you just copy paste it this way. No need to type ''app license request'' for every single game or DLC. Write it once and then just add however many numbers you have.

for 1 app it looks like this: ''app_license_request XXXXXX'' (but obviously with numbers instead of X'es).

8. Check results in your product key and activations page.

Notes:
* Each "app_license_request" line contains 25 IDs to be added in your account. Try to execute only few IDs per ~45 mins.

** Some rare times, in the console it can say 'unavailable' or 'undefined'. There is no workaround for such titles. You'll have to try with others. All I can say is that such titles compared tot hose that work on steamdb.info don't have ''Store Name'' in the info box. As there is less information, maybe that's par of the reason why it doesn't work. There are some other differences to working versions as well. But that's irrelevant as there is no workaround.
Using Steamdb's own script (Method 2):
Warning:
This method doesn't always work. When new update happens, they will notify on that page (look for it below):

Just visit this link[steamdb.info]. All info is written there on the page.
Using ASF (Method 3):
Get ASF (ArchiSteamFarm).
Open the console version (ASF-ui).
Then in console type this ''!addlicense asf XXXXXX'' (with numbers (steam app id) instead of X'es)).
There are FAQ online you can read just in case.
