Description
Contains shet like tracer effects and one impact effect
Sometimes it's unnecessary in my new addons
Done this because I dont want duplicated files in every addon

Tracer effects -

and they call all the old stuff insulting names like "fake physics" and i cant even change the bodygroups when driving the car! I HATE THE NEW GUI! I HATE LVS! SCREW YOU LUNA!

i hate LVS so much. it broke so many good stuff and stole everything like the nazis invading poland. "oh LVS is better it's so fun" WELL WHY DOES THE ATTACK BUTTON HAVE TO BE ENTER YOU STUPID NERD!

Basically its like LFS but compatible with LVS Framework, so not all hope is lost!
