FIX MOUSE SMOOTHING

Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Borderlands Game of the Year\WillowGame\Config
Open WillowInput.ini.
Change bEnableMouseSmoothing=true to bEnableMouseSmoothing=false

TO IMPROVE AIMING

Go to the configuration files location (mentioned above).
Open WillowInput.ini.
Change LookUpScale=-250 to LookUpScale=-300
Open WillowEngine.ini.
Change OneFrameThreadLag=true to OneFrameThreadLag=false

Notes

Feel free to adjust the mouse sensitivity as needed. This can be done with the in-game slider or by changing MouseSensitivity=100.0 (WillowInput.ini) to your desired value

Setting OneFrameThreadLag to False may cause a drop in performance.

for some reason changing any settings in the ini does not change them ingame, infact the settings ingame and whats in my inis are completely different

God mouse smoothing should have DISSAPEARED WITH THE GODDAMN BALLMOUSES, why do I always have to do this shit to every mfing DX0 game

I found that changing OneFrameThreadLag to False caused a lot more fps stuttering, not too bad but it could sometimes go as low as 40fps in combat when before it was a consistent 60fps everywhere. Keeping the setting to True creates a little bit of input lag but it's not too noticeable so I just kept it that way so I didn't have to suffer the fps drops that setting it to False caused

nothing wrong with mouse smoothing it helps the game feel smoother when turning. Mouse acceleration is your only enemy

Do you mean LookUpScale=-250 ? It's minus, in my file by default.

i just found them, not in the steam folder.

The settings should be there
