Peeler Machine Building Fix

Description
This is a small fix that places the peeling machine in the category of "INDOORS" instead of "labs" in the construction menu. In addition, it changes the necessary construction components to more realistic ones: 3 iron plates and 1 electronic component. The machine now consumes 5 energy when it is in operation.

Clarification, the peeling machine contains a couple of known bugs, which this mod does not correct or cause.
