The original video has been made by Ben Lionel Scott, a guy that makes really impressive motivational videos. Cheers to him.

I'm re-uploading this for a reason. My reason is, as a master procrastinator, to see this video playing at every boot of my PC to remind me that, if I don't get a move, my day is f*ked.

This happens to me a lot, and I'm sure that there are many others out there feeling bad about themselves because they can't get a thing done.

So there you go, with this friendly reminder to gently move your butt, stuck on your desktop, hoping that it will give you the charge you need to get the work done.

PS: Go check out the author of this video - he made a ton of equally strong motivational stuff. But don't procrastinate doing that.
