Spell: Conjure Draugr Bloodseeker

This mod lets you craft a spell tome at any tanning rack that teaches you a new conjuration spell.
The spell lets you conjure a level 50 draugr called a draugr bloodseeker.
To craft the book, you need steel smithing.

Recipe:
Steel Ingot x1
Common Soul Gem (filled) x1
Charcoal x2
Leather x1

No problems found after testing so comment if you find any.

UPDATE #1

Now you can cast the spell with either hand instead of both.

Next update, i will make it possible to craft the staff version and i will make a thrall version.

UPDATE#2

Now you can cast the thrall version of the spell.

The tome is craftable at any tanning rack just like the regular spell.

The thrall version costs 839 magicka and requires adept conjuration to cast.

Recipe for tome:

Leather x1

Filled Black Soul gem x1

Silver ingot x1

Charcoal x2

Leather Straps x3
