open the game after subscription, Waiting for it to download(just for a moment). Then exit the game and move it to the addons folder（workshop to addons）. Also unsubscribe, otherwise it will be marked as a conflict.
The mod that changes the name basically goes through this step.

@Blood-huntress Just find the VPK file you subscribed to and move to the addons folder.

Coach is coach, luka is luka. so don't use the name of the coach to match the luka model.（this is my inner thoughts.XD
