相比之前的核电站，考虑到火力发电站需要矿业矿车进行能源输送，会有矿车过去，所以改了这版本的火力发电站
这次对模型进行了优化的同时，也对大小进行了一定的缩小（大概缩小了二分之一）
光柱还在测试，可能会以prop的形式出现

本版本的火力发电站数值都是默认的，因为我导入进去后，编辑器数值消失了，等恢复正常了会把一些污染和发电量提高的。

The value of this version of the thermal power station is the default, because after I import it, the editor value disappears, and when it returns to normal, it will increase some pollution and power generation.
