Does this mean the book has been updated with higher quality scans? I don't see an update. I'd love to combine the high quality version with my control panel.

Yes, most definitely. It's been a while since I had time to work on this due to... well, work. But I got a hold of real 1.5 scans with decent quality a whil back and I'm 90% through assembling the pages on photoshop.

I really love this book, and I adapted a menu system to wrap around it (using the StoryViewer seen on some of the KDM mods) for automatically switching between manuals and quickly loading sections. But then I noticed a bunch of pages don't line up with my physical copy of 1.5 (this has been mentioned below) and also that the resolution could be better. Still planning to fix these issues? If so, I'd love to combine this with my menu system. For my money it would be the best TTS KDM manual out there.

Holy crap, thanks. I actually managed to get a hold of high quality scans for the real 1.5 book so I'll be correcting those mistakes. (in the following week or so, there's a lot) Thanks again.

You're right, I manually edited the 1.5 updates on top of the 1.0 rulebook. It seems I missed that the leg severe injury now kills you on a 1-2 instead of just a 1. I don't believe I missed anything else though you're free to mention it in case you see something else, thanks.
