The replacement doesn't work (for me at least) i have in enabled and they still have the same voice

no mute mods for sure,downloaded on the workshop,then launched the game

Are you absolutly sure you dont accidently have any marine mute mods installed also please do not download mods ingame because most mods will only work correctly after the game has been restarted.
