Eastern State Penitentiary

The largest structure of any kind in the new United States when it was completed in the 1830s, Eastern State Penitentiary was a revolutionary attempt at a newer, more humane form of punishment, or penitence. It didn't work.

This video represents the "as built" Eastern State Penitentiary, without any of the later additions to John Haviland's design which exist today.

***apparently you need the After Dark DLC for this because prisons are an After Dark feature even though as far as i can tell a prison is just a police station with a larger prisoner capacity***
