Tank As A Burgertank Sign

As decietful as the screenshot may be, that is a burgertank sign, and that is me shooting Rochelle, but that is beside the point.
Don't give yourself a heartattack in Hard Rain when you look at this sign, as once you flip the switch, the tank springs to life, no it doesn't do anything other than stand there. The automated tank-sign will just perform an idle animation as he signals the boat from the safty of the rooftop.
