Cooking (Recipe) Guide

Introduction
You can cook meals at campfires using basic foods that drop from enemies (or are bought from merchants). Some recipes can be found in messages but the majority you have to learn by trial-and-error.

A lot of item effects in the wiki are different from what my game shows (on patch 1.23c). So I made two sections with identical recipes but with different descriptions, use whatever is more accurate. Also, while Health recovery seems to be based off a flat percentage of max Health, Energy & Stamina recovery changes (for example, you might restore 21% at 100 max energy but 26% at 130 max energy).

fruit cobbler is instant, while the bowl is over time

fruit cobbler < fruit bowl, checked in game and you are correct, which makes no sense to me considering it costs 1 more igredient
