I just traced the tattoos on photoshop, saved them, then i put scrim's image under the tattoos (on wallpaper engine) then i make only the tattoos audio responsive, after that it's just tweaking the sliders

Hey, I have been using this wallpaper for a while now and I just wanna say WOW! This wallpaper is so good. I have been trying to create one for myself with the same responsive audio visualizer but i'm having some trouble. I have a couple of questions to ask you. How did you get the outline to go with the music like when there is a beat? How did you even outline certain parts of the image like the tattoos? How did you put that all together? What did you use?
