Medal of couraje:Ignore the penalty on the damage you deal when you low your character level to get a trinity or rank S. Is useless use it on lvl 50 and playing on a stage where you are higher than the recomended lvl.
Level adjustment: The weapon ignore all the penalty when you low your character lvl. Lets say you had a goverment lvl 50 and when you play on lvl 30 the goverment got a penalty on all his statistic. Firepower, fire rate and capacity goes down, but if you use Level adjustment the gun will remain with his own statistic, it will ignore the lvl penalty and it will remain on lvl 50
Level adjustment is not on the PC version, only on XB1, PS4 and nintendo switch (thank you capcom for always forgetting PC)
If you combine Medal of couraje and Level adjustment your weapon will be deadly when you lower you character lvl.
