PirateM2's Conjuration Mastery Revamp

I made this mod because I thought conjuration was boring. This mod tweeks the mastery perks in the conjuration tree to increase summon duration and possible summons. I also made the conjures leveled so they will level with the player.
Because of how I assembled the perks it looks like it unnecesarilly inflates the durations of pretty much anything, this mod is, sadly, overpowered for the time being. Any help on how to restrict the increases in duration to conjuration spells would be greatly appreciated.
Athough I might make changes to this mod, I put it up for the fun of it. This means that there probably won't be any updates. That said, this is my first publication and I hope you like it.
