Reavers' Armour Blueprints

Adds blueprints for the 'Hack Stopper Jacket' and 'Hack Stopper Pants' to a few vendor lists, which will let you craft the amour used by the Reavers.

Can be found rarely at the Shark armour vendor.
Uncommonly at United Cities armour vendors.
And somewhat less uncommonly at Heft's armour vendor.
