Description
Please leave a vote or comment if you download this asset! These are a set of low res townhouses. There's 3 more variations and 3 tripledecker variations. They are all between level 3 and 5 low residential.

About the model
This is a set of 3 more variations and 3 tripledecker variations. Some have a flat roof, some are mixed. Some of these don't conform to the grid. You will need Move It! to place them wall2wall. The reason for this is that 8m was either to small and 16m either to big. Just didn't look right. So I decided to make these more true to live scale. They are all colormapped. If you want more colors or some more variations I´d suggest to use TPB color changer mod. Definately some interesting results! There's not many props to go with these. You can either use them as wall2wall or as lower density, but you will need to prop the lot yourself.

(And yes these are screenshots, not real photo's.)

About the models
You can always follow my assetcreations on the Simtropolis forums: http://community.simtropolis.com/forums/topic/68841-darfs-buildings-the-dorilton-new-victory-theater/ or on sketchfab: https://sketchfab.com/sannie01

These models have between 2100 and 3300 tris and a 1536x512 texture , with a diffuse, normal, illumination, color and specularmap. These models have a custom LoD, which is between 60-200 tris with a 256x128 texture, with a diffuse, specular, color and illumination map. These all share texturemaps if you use the loadingscreenmod and only one of the texturemapsets will be loaded. They also share maps with set 3. That's a total of 10 buildings on one texturemap.

I created a set of roads to go with these. You can see them on the screenshots. These will be released later.

RICO
If you want these buildings added to your RICO buildings, add it in the settings menu, under growables. I recommend using the realistic population mod, this will calculate the amount of occupants in the building.

About the buildings
These are all based on bunker hill in Charlestown.

Charlestown is the oldest neighborhood in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. Originally called Mishawum by the Massachusett, it is located on a peninsula north of the Charles River, across from downtown Boston, and also adjoins the Mystic River and Boston Harbor. Charlestown was laid out in 1629 by engineer Thomas Graves, one of its early settlers, in the reign of Charles I of England. It was originally a separate town and the first capital of the Massachusetts Bay Colony.

Charlestown became a city in 1848 and was annexed by Boston on January 5, 1874. With that, it also switched from Middlesex County, to which it had belonged since 1643, to Suffolk County. It has had a substantial Irish American population since the migration of Irish people during the Great Irish Famine of the 1840s. Since the late 1980s the neighborhood has changed dramatically because of its proximity to downtown and its colonial architecture. A mix of yuppie and upper-middle class gentrification has influenced much of the area, as it has in many of Boston's neighborhoods, but Charlestown still maintains a strong Irish American population and "Townie" identity.

Looks good but can someone help me? These buildings just don't work in my game, I added them to the style but they just show up as normal buildings

Hi Darf, I downloaded some of your assets, they look great! Been looking for some Northeast style buildings, not a lot of them here. Makes me feel at home :)
