Gauntlets of Ultimate Smithing

Description
Long forgotten gauntlets, once belonged to Krong himself, now ready to serve for adventurers like you. By analogy with Tinkerer's Goggles, GoUS will improve your smithing skills, so you will be able to craft some really cool stuff before facing Dredmor!

-15 edr and -10 mana regen seems a bit WHACKY tbh
i'd recommend lowering those debuffs a little (feel free to decrease the buffs too if you feel you should :o)

The hammer of Krong is UBER-rare though. It can only be bought at Brax's

By the way, this mod requires Conquest Of The Wizardlands expansion pack and very new character to work!
