In my opinion, the minimum hardware for optimal FPS:
CPU - AMD FX 6300 or Intel Hyperpen
GPU - Nvidia GTX 660 Minimum

On my old system (an AM3 motherboard, an AMD phenom ii x4 955 processor and a GTX 660 graphics card) there was exactly the same problem as described in the video - HOW DO I FIX THE COMP? HOW TO CONTACT LAGS?
From the transition from the old 500W unit to the new 650W, I lost frame drawdowns and friezes.
The game has become stable. Only the power supply has changed. There are no guarantees that block replacement will help you.
But keep in mind - maybe it's in the power supply.
