This can also be done in corsair settings, unchecking the box that says enable SDK.

Thank you @yggdasil for posting this and thank you very much to @odcjones because this is much easier and can be used for many games. Finally! so sick of corsair/ubisoft disabling every light on my KB/mouse/fans without an easily displayed option how to disable this. I do like the effects when I'm on fire or about to die but those are rare and far between. Now when a game finally programs in a full game light system this will be worthwhile. Until then the 2 seconds of flashing lights here and there is nothing but an annoyance

In iCue settings uncheck "enable SDK" that is all to prevent game disabling your rgb lights.

Short and simple English:
If you have an illuminated keyboard from Corsair, this is a guide to prevent the game from changing the colors on your keyboard.

If you own Corsair products with RGB and have the iCue software running in windows to control your fan speeds and lighting effects, Far Cry New Dawn by default takes control of your lighting effects and overrides your own settings. In game there is no way to turn this off. The developers forgot to add "Disable iCue lighting support" On and Off in the menus.

So, this guide was created.
