WoW Classic Secrets: Emerald Dream - Verdant Fields [Ver. B]

The Emerald Dream is a vast, verdant spirit realm that exists outside the boundaries of the physical realm. It is the embodiment of nature itself, more spiritual than physical, and time and space act differently here. The titans entrusted the green dragon aspect Ysera to guard and protect the Emerald Dream, and granted her power to do so. As the name implies, people can enter the Emerald Dream as visitors by entering a special type of slumber. Druids often do so to commune with nature. Various portals exist to travel to the Emerald Dream physically, though they do not function in vanilla World of Warcraft.

The Emerald Dream was intended to be a zone in vanilla World of Warcraft, but was cut for unknown reasons. However, the map files still existed. Here are the Verdant Fields, with large multicolored flowers that spin among grass that has swirls in their designs. Off in the distance, drooping flowers constantly drop a rain of pollen. While the horizon is a mix of green and yellow, the sky here is permanently dark, no matter if it is night or day.
