Introduction
My current stats:

Squire (850-1300-1300-700)
Monk (1000-2000-1000-600)
Apprentice (150-2000-500-400)
EV (800-1200-900-900)
Summoner (1000-2800-1100-1400)

I usually start at around wave 20 and once I have the tower buffs upgraded, I can be completely AFK. The build order should be squire-monk-apprentice-ev-summoner.
First Wave (Countess/Squire)
Start out with your Squire or Countess. The harpoon turrets should face each other to deal with spiders. Leave a space between the two turrets at the top. If you are doing campaign, switch to your monk or apprentice before the combat phase begins.
Monk
Summon an ensnare and lightning aura stack at the bottom of the stairs of the side lanes.
Place another ensnare and lightning stack at the top of the stairs at the top lane.
Apprentice
Place a lightning tower between the two harpoon turrets at the top.
Next place two magic missle towers facing away from each other next to the turrets by the crystal. Try to place them as close to the turrets as you can so that all four towers can be buffed by one beam.
Series EV
Place a 4 Defense Unit tower buff in the middle of the harpoon/magic missle cluster by the crystal. Check to make sure that all the towers are being buffed.
Buff the two turrets on the bottom of the map with a 5 du buff beam.
Summon a 5 du buff beam on each side lane. This will be for minions. Put a 1 du reflection beam in front of them.
At the top, put a 5 du buff beam by the towers. Leave a little space because there will be minions on the buff beam as well. Summon a 1 du reflection beam in front of it.
Summoner
Summon a spider on each of the buff beams for the minions (left, right, and top). Summon a mage on top of each spider and two archers on either side of them. It will be a tight squeeze at the top beam so you'll most likely need to summon the minions and then manually move them into place.
You should be able to summon four more archers. I usually place two at the bottom and two in the middle but you can place them wherever your build is the weakest.
Upgrading and Whatnot
Upgrade the tower buffs first since they will make the greatest impact in the build. After that, upgrade whatever is your weakest tower. Unless the minions are taking damage, you probably won't need to upgrade them at all. During combat I like to be a summoner so that I don't get killed by any rogue ninjas.
