Traffic Congestion Report

New in V3.0:
Add shortcut to switch two modes, shortcut is configable in mod`s option
Shift+K speed-based mode
Shift+J amount-based mode
(1) Traffic speed-based congestion report
(2) Traffic amount-based congestion report(Vanilla mode)

Consider vehicle speed / Lane speed limit as a coefficient to make in-game Traffic Congestion Report more reality

V3.0最新功能
可以用快捷键切换显示两种交通流量图(快捷键在MOD的选项中可配置)
(1) 速度作为参考的交通流量图 Shift+K
(2) 原游戏的按交通数量为参考的流量图 Shift+J

For example:
If using blow mod:Outside traffic will be very heavy in highway, but actually traffic flow is still very smooth.

(1) In Original Game, Traffic Congestion Report will be like this:

1. You can see in the highway, because traffic flow is still very smooth, even with high traffic, traffic congestion map will still green.
2. Only in the junction of the road, traffic speed will be low, there will be red in traffic congestion map. Which is more reality and help identify traffic problem
