Description
~WELCOME TO MARIOPOLY!~
In this edition, collecting as many Property Stars that shine the eight bold colors of Mario World locales as you can before running out of turns of play is your key to victory! Mariopoly adds just the right amount of chaotic fun from the beloved Nintendo video game "Mario Party" to the strategies of the "Monopoly" board game (without ending friendships) to help resolve some recurring critiques of "Monopoly." No Jail and no Bankruptcy -- players collect hoards of Coins from the Bank and monopolies get double! Instead of houses and hotels, amass golden Stars and invincible Property Stars to win! A host of Mario characters and objects adorn the board in addition to the Chance and Community Chest cards -- turn their events and Items to your advantage!

~HOW TO PLAY~
Can be found in-game in the Notebook, and can also be found at:

~GIVE ME THE QUICK RUNDOWN~
Play this as you would classic Mario Party - passing or landing on Koopa Bank, Toad, and Boo triggers events. Warping, however, does not. Landing on a Warp Pipe automatically warps you to the next sequential Warp Pipe space.
Deal everyone 100 Coins. Decide or roll to see who goes first - that player will keep track of Turns. Decide on a number of Turns, here are some recommendations:
Short – 20 Turns (5-8 Players)
Normal – 35 Turns (3-4 Players)
Long – 50 Turns (2 Players)
You do not collect Coins from passing "Go!". You also cannot buy property until after you have passed or warped past "Go!" one time (though you do still collect Landing Bonuses from the Bank). There is no need to auction property. You can House Rule these differently.
Trading and deals cannot be done on the last 5 turns of play. This is required.
The player with the most Stars and Property Stars at the end wins (ties are broken by Coin count)! Property Stars are given to a player when they have a color-group monopoly. Stars are bought from Toad for 50 Coins. Property Stars are unaffected by events but are affected by trading.
