In this video I'm showing how to fix wheel snow particle effect that is missing in-game when this asi mod is activated, basically when the snow mod v2.1 is enabled, while using the GTA V's internal snow engine, it doesn't push the right methods for the snow being projected from the vehicle's wheels (cause R* have disabled it once it's not needed in single player, only at specific missions).

The only way I've found to fix it (while in mission progress "Bury the Hatchet") where the mission script pushes the snow's engine from North Yankton to the normal gameplay with the same Snow mod when it's activated.

Known bugs until the mod gets fixed, if possible: 
→ Do not enter any house near any mission point, it will deactivate the "Bury the Hatchet"'s snow engine script;

→ Do not use the "Replay Mission" in the pause menu, once you complete the mission, the game will load the previous stored saved game (not including the mission scipt's assigned to the snow).

→When you reload the savegame for the first time, the game gives you an error, click "Ok" and let the game load.
Next reload the savegame again for the second time, and the game loads the *.asi mod : )

*Note: The Snow mod comes with 2 files, the "gtamp-snow-mod_v2_2.asi" and the "snow.cfg", by editing the snow.cfg, delete all content and let it in blank, save it and make it "Read Only", the footsteps snow effect will be triggered. (Wheel snow effect will only be triggered while on the special missions like "Prologue" & "Bury the Hatchet" as i show in the video).
