Oktoberfest for Brave New World

Oktoberfest is a 16-day festival held annually in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, running from late September to the first weekend in October. It is one of the most famous events in Germany and is the world's largest fair, with more than 5 million people attending every year. The Oktoberfest is an important part of Bavarian culture, having been held since 1810. Other cities across the world also hold Oktoberfest celebrations, modeled after the Munich event.

This mod adds the Oktoberfest wonder, which provides culture, tourism and a beer resource (Weissbier.) And adds a free fairgrounds in the city it is built in. Can only be built in a city that has a wheat resource.

Fairgrounds: Fairs were import components in trade in the middle ages, and as such they improve gold for every livestock (horse, cow, sheep) resource and each wheat resource. Can only be built in a city with one of the listed resources. Fairgrounds provide +2 tourism after the discovery of the railroad.
