What is REupscale project?

(from the creators site)
"REupscale project is a mod that upscales and corrects, using Topaz’s A.I. Gigapixel, the background textures of Resident Evil HD Remaster.
The textures are the kept at the same original resolution (1920x1440) but they are obtained by downsampling images twice the resolution. Some textures use the Gamecube original source (~90%) while others are upscaled from the HD Remastered texture (~10%)."

Installation

Unpack the archive, paste nativePC folder from the archive into your game folder and say yes to rewrite all files.

To delete this mod, go to \Resident Evil Biohazard HD REMASTER\nativePC\arc\ and delete the folder called "scr", then verify integrity of game files in Steam.

Hi, I replaced the files and didn't notice the difference. I play on 1920x1080. This mod only works on resolution (1920x1440)?
