Dragon Bone and Scale Smelting

Description
After doing some dragon smithing, I ended up with a plethora of dragon scales and a dearth of bones. With the Dawnguard DLC I can use the bones to make Dragon Bone arrows for the rest of the game. But after my initial crafting and improvements, I really have no use for the scales. I could sell them, but by that point in the game I don't need the money.

So I came up with this simple little mod that allows me to use the smelter to convert 3 scales to 1 bone. Just for the heck of it, I also added a recipe to convert 1 bone to 3 scales.

whatever works for you i just thought that it wasnt fair for the same mass item to be split up into 3 items with a combined larger weight... hey its kinda like the leather being heavier than the wolf skin

@themanwithaplan: It seemed sensible to me that the material that makes scales has to be concentrated to make bones. Besides, 30 pounds of scales gives you 15 pounds of bone, so you have an option to lighten the load. If you got 3 of each you could drop the weight from 75 to 60.

not bad, although you might want to tone down the weight of the scales because breaking 1 bone into 3 scales increases overall weight (i believe) so maybe make it equal the same?
