Ok, tx. I assume you are in 3D modelling already for some time and have much experience. I wanted to evaluate the possibility for me to build some kind of expertise in the area, if technically available to me (i learn fast, and did some 3D very long time ago). Like building a very simple house, modifying ana ssset texture, adding a decal on a building, changing the in-gamle properties of the asset, etc...

@Oliveraptor.
It depends on the skill of the creator. And the availability of free time. It took me on average 4-7 days, 6 hours a day.

I wondered how much time it takes to create such an asset and tools used to do it?

@smokeymallard.
Sorry, did not quite understand what you mean.
I make buildings of different types of low and high density, these are residential / commercial / unique / educational / ship ports.
Did you mean it?

Loving this.

@boformer.
Okay I will try. I thought that even at 256 pixels the quality would be worse, and you say that 128 pixels would be enough. Then I will try to reduce the size of the texture in the future.

Nice one, have an upvote! Maybe next time, decrease the size of the LOD texture a bit. It's very important for performance 128x128 is usually sufficient ;)
